In the mid-1990s, our founder Bill Whyte, who worked as a carpenter, created our first product out of necessity. His hands would often suffer in the cold winters, so he mixed beeswax and olive oil to create a soothing herbal balm. This simple solution was so effective that he shared it with friends and family, leading to the creation of Badger history.

Our lip balms are made with a buttery base of beeswax, sunflower, coconut, and olive oil to provide long-lasting hydration.
